With the issue of Legislative Decree 81/08, the legislator reorganized a regulatory system dating back to the 1950s (Presidential Decree 303/56, Presidential Decree 547/55 and Legislative Decree 626/94). The entry into force of the new Consolidated Law introduces significant changes in terms of risk assessment.
Following the innovations introduced, all companies must carry out a new risk assessment, identifying the appropriate prevention and protection measures to safeguard the health and safety of workers.
