The GHS system will make it possible to classify and label a substance, in a unique way worldwide.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"color: #1d71b8;\">Regulation 1272\/2008 involves all producers, distributors and downstream users of chemical products, regardless of the quantity produced, sold or used<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"color: #1d71b8;\">The close relationship and complementarity between the CLP and REACH Regulations, and the repercussions on the assessment of chemical risk (Legislative Decree 81\/08), entails further elements of complexity in the required obligations.<\/h6>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6 liquid-column-69ded1993d6dc\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"   ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper-inner\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h6 style=\"color: #1d71b8;\">The entry into force of the European Regulation 1272\/08 involves the revision and consequent updating of the Safety Data Sheets (SDS or MSDS), of all substances and \/ or preparations.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"color: #1d71b8;\">The drafting of the SDS must be carried out in accordance with the European Regulation 830\/15. This leads to ever greater complexity and requires ever greater skills in the drafting of such documents. This complexity is further aggravated by the obligation to insert exposure scenarios:<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"color: #1d71b8;\">Substances - Introduction of substance exposure scenarios for intended uses (extended SDS)<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"color: #1d71b8;\">Preparations - Introduction of the sections of interest, derived from the exposure scenarios of the substances contained, for the intended
