safety assessment of each cosmetic as indicated in Article 10, paragraph 1:<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"color: #1d71b8;\">In order to demonstrate compliance of a cosmetic product with Article 3, the responsible person shall ensure that the cosmetic products, before being placed on the market, have undergone a safety assessment on the basis of the relevant information and that it has been developed a report on the safety of cosmetic products in accordance with Annex I.<\/h6>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6 liquid-column-69e788407bf20\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"   ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper-inner\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h6 style=\"color: #1d71b8;\">This assessment must be carried out by a person in possession of an adequate educational qualification as reported in Article 10, paragraph 2:<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"color: #1d71b8;\">2. The safety assessment of cosmetic products referred to in Annex I, Part B, is carried out by persons in possession of diplomas or other documents certifying formal qualifications obtained following the completion of theoretical and practical university courses in the pharmaceutical, toxicological, medical or similar disciplines, or courses recognized as equivalent by a Member
